computer service providers, (NerdBoy!) GREATLY EXCEEDED my expectations.
...The extremely competent and professional services provided ... My first impression of NerdBoy! was when
a vehicle pulled up in front of my condo with NerdBoy's logo, etc., painted on the vehicle. The message this
sent to me was the NerdBoy! is sufficiently capitalized to afford this professional "calling card" of a company
which invested funds in company equipment. The two previous computer servicing companies I used
employed technicians which used their own private vehicles.
The NerdBoy! technician who provided NerdBoy's initial services to me answered all of my questions in the
first 35 minutes - regarding issues which the previous computer technicians from another company
were not able to answer in the course of four servicing sessions of an aggregate duration of
nearly twelve hours - repeat, twelve hours!
The NerdBoy! service technician who serviced my computer deeply impressed me with scope and depth
of his knowledge base, and the comprehensive solutions which this technician suggested to me.
In fact, not only did this technician provide me with solutions, he provided me with solution OPTIONS from
which I could chose, and provided me with rationales in support of each option
so that I would have a basis on which to base my decision as to which option I actually selected.
